Managing itles

Creating a staff title

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Title > Create.
  2. Enter the title under Name*.
  3. Click the Create button.

Deleting a staff title

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Title > Manage.
  2. Find the title you wish to delete from the list and click on .
  3. Confirm that you want to delete it by clicking Ok.

Editing a staff title

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Title > Manage.
  2. Find the title you wish to edit from the list and click on .
  3. Click on the Edit tab.
  4. Edit the title's name.
  5. Click the Update button.

Managing staff

Creating a staff member

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Staff > Create.
  2. Enter the staff member's name under Name*.
  3. Select the staff member's title from the Title* dropdown menu.
  4. Type the staff member's biography into the Bio box.
  5. Upload the staff member's headshot using the Photo upload feature
  6. Click the Create button.

Deleting a staff member

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Staff > Manage.
  2. Find the staff member you wish to delete from the list and click on .
  3. Confirm that you want to delete them by clicking Ok.

Editing a staff member

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Title > Manage.
  2. Find the staff member you wish to edit from the list and click on .
  3. Click on the Edit tab.
  4. Edit the staff member's information.
  5. Click the Update button.

Scheduling staff

Creating a staff member's shift

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Schedule > Calendar.
  1. Select the staff member's title from the Title dropdown menu.
  2. Click on the +New button.
  1. Select the staff member from the Staff* dropdown menu.
  2. Add a start time using the dropdown calendar and time options.
  3. Add an end time using the dropdown calendar and time options.
  4. Click the Create button.

Deleting a staff member's shift

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Schedule > Calendar.
  1. Click on the staff member's shift.
  1. Click the Delete button.

Editing a staff member's shift

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Schedule > Calendar.
  1. Click on the staff member's shift.
  1. Edit the shift dates and times.
  2. Click the Update button.

Managing the current staff display

When a staff member is currently scheduled, they will automatically appear on the current staff screen display.

To edit the layout of the staff screen, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Staff Screen > Current Display.
  1. Click on the staff title in the space you want to edit.
  1. Select the title of the staff member you want to display in that space and click on .
